Listening to Apple

I chose to research Apple because it is a brand that I support quite a bit. I also found it interesting because there is so much controversy about the company, however over 100 million people in the world own one or more apple products and more than likely use at least one everyday. They have accusations against them for making used products stop working or processing at slower speed right before the release of a new version. Apple ranks second to Samsung in phone companies and has three and a half stars. Their value proposition is 'experience is the product'.

Kevin's review of custom service among the thousands of other complaints shows they not only have issues with their products but no one to assist when they don't live up to their promises of product quality and value proposition. Khurshid's comments shows my previous claim about new updates ruining phones as new versions of those product come out. The company has tried to shut down all rumors but it is difficult when the claims are backed with facts and real experiences from a wide range of customers. But not all customers are unsatisfied! Sandy is happy with her purchase of her Apple Watch and uses the success to rave about her other apple products that she uses and loves. She also enjoys how all the products sync together and work as a team. I also enjoy this aspect.

The company has very mixed feelings towards it.
